Small Spaces

Place frequently used tools by real hand movements and return paths, keeping daily access separate from reserve stock and occasional supplies.

Use yesterday's stopping point, today's fixed commitments, and one concrete opening action to move from desk preparation into real work.

Map one recurring workflow from arrival to completion, placing tools and exits by sequence rather than creating permanent zones for every possible task.

Protect the tools, deadlines, and paper routes that matter during peak workload, while postponing cosmetic changes and planning an exit for temporary overflow.

Create a clear work-to-off-hours transition by securing files, recording unresolved commitments, and agreeing on what actually requires a late response.
